Originally developed over 20 years ago, Smart Rota quietly supported care teams in hospital trusts and Care homes, long before most systems moved online. Broomfield Hospital & University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
Operational teams found the software highly effective for planning and financial oversight. Despite positive feedback, procurement barriers prevented rollout.
